At Nostalgicam, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active in the carrier’s system.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays, this may extend by 2–3 additional business days. Processing begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other destinations: 8–15 business days

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During the festive season, delivery times may be longer due to high volumes of shipments.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and your location. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor your delivery status and estimate its arrival.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

Order Modifications or Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. Please ensure all details, including the shipping address, are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Undelivered Items
If your package is undelivered and returned to our warehouse, we can resend it under specific conditions:

  • If the delivery failure was due to an incorrect address or customer refusal, a re-shipment fee will apply.
  • If the issue was caused by the courier or an error on our side, we will resend the package at no additional cost.
